The “Type” column follows the locators' wording: “Sales” for a site listed as a showroom, “Sales and service” for a site that also offers maintenance. BYD lists 11 of its 21 German-speaking Swiss sites as being in their launch phase (“soft launch”), including Basel, Bern, Winterthur and Schaffhausen; they are already listed as showrooms.
